1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Roofed Ice Rink At Św. Jadwigi Królowej Street In Radomsko In The Design And Build System.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Construction Of A Covered Ice Rink That Also Serves As A Roller Skating Rink, Along With A Technical Facility And Land Development. The Facility Will Be A Year-Round Public Utility Building With A Sports And Recreational Function. In The Winter Season, It Will Function As An Ice Rink With An Ice Surface, And Outside The Winter Season - After The Cooling Installations Are Turned Off, This Space Will Be Used As A Roller Skating Rink. The Project Includes The Design And Construction Of An Ice Rink Building With A Technical Facility And All Necessary Installations, Equipment And Land Development In Accordance With The Guidelines Included In The Functional And Utility Program Together With Annex A - A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Functional And Utility Program, Annex B - A List Of Equipment And List Of Plants For The Functional And Utility Program, A Geotechnical Opinion, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Arrangements Made During The Implementation Of The Works And Applicable Regulations.2.1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Technical Documentation, Including Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, Cost Estimates; Specified In Detail In § 6 Section 1 Of The Template/Draft Agreement, Meeting The Requirements And Covering The Entire Scope Included In The Functional-Utility Program, Together With Annex A - A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Functional-Utility Program And Annex B - A List Of Equipment And List Of Plants For The Functional-Utility Program, A Geotechnical Opinion Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And A Building Permit And/Or Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit, In Accordance With § 6 Design/Template Contract, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Accepted By The Ordering Party, As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, 3) Obtaining All Consents And Permits Enabling Obtaining A Decision On The Permission To Use The Facility On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
