The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of Use Of A Public Building - The Historic Tenement House Pod Matką Boskiej (Also Known As The Oboński Tenement House), Located At Rynek 27 In Myślenice (Plot No. 1236/2; 1254/3; 1254/4). The Building, Built In 1784 In The Classicist Style, Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments (Decision Of June 25, 1985, Reg. No. A-519, Formerly A-573/M) And Is Located In A Strict Conservation Zone, Directly Next To The Market Square. The Scope Of The Investment Includes A Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Facility, Adapting It To Current Technical And Construction Standards, Including Changing The Use Of The Attic To A Utility Floor For Technical Rooms And Expanding The Building With An External Passenger Elevator Shaft. The Investment Includes The Implementation Of A Full Range Of Internal Installations: Sanitary (Water And Sewage, Gas, Central Heating, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning), Electrical (Including Photovoltaic And Lightning Protection) And Telecommunications, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Specified In The Documentation. All Conservation Works And Installation Of Installations (Conducted Under Plaster) Should Be Carried Out Under The Constant Supervision Of A Certified Conservator Of Works Of Art. A Conservation Commission With The Participation Of Wuoz Representatives Will Be Appointed To Make Detailed Arrangements Regarding Colors And Materials. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Model Window And Submit It For Evaluation By The Commission Before Installing The Entire Joinery. The Designed Doors Must Be Made Of Wood, Panels, With A Style Referring To Historical Door Joinery. Carrying Out Earthworks Requires Archaeological Supervision, For Which Prior Permission Must Be Obtained From The Appropriate Monument Protection Office. As Part Of The Development Of The Area, External Technical Infrastructure Should Be Constructed, Including The Construction And Demolition Of Sections Of Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems Outside The Collision Area, Construction Of External Lighting, Hardening Of The Internal Communication System And Places For Temporary Collection Of Solid Waste, As Well As Installation Of Small Architectural Objects (Park Benches, Waste Bins) And Demolition Of The Existing Tin Type Farm Building.
