The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization With The Replacement Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installations As Well As The Lighting System In The Building Of The Hansel And Gretel Kindergarten Located At Ul. Sosnowa 13 In Klucze. The Task Is Carried Out With Co-Financing Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Performance Of Construction, Installation And Electrical Works In The Field Of Thermal Modernization Of The Kindergarten. Hansel And Gretel In Klucze To Improve Energy Efficiency, Thermal Comfort And Aesthetics Of The Public Facility, And As A Result, Reduce The Costs Of Heat Production For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water, Reduction Of Co2 Emissions, Reduction Of Primary Energy Consumption And The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources, Including The Construction Of An External Elevator For Disabled People Next To The Building And The Construction Of A Rainwater Tank In Accordance With The Goals Of The European Green Deal. 3. The Public Procurement Is To Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.4.
