Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Koło Municipality And Its Organizational Units For The Period From 01/06/2026 To 31/05/2027.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Points According To Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Along With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facilities, The Amount Of Fuel Demand 1,235,689 Kwh (Basic Order), Including For Entities Authorized To Use Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office In Settlements: 707,396 Kwh And Unauthorized Entities For Which Gas Fuel Will Be Purchased At Competitive Prices: 528,293 Kwh. 2. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transfer And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Order Size By Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Basic Quantity Of Gaseous Fuel For The Purchase Of Gas. The Order Size Will Be Increased On An Option Basis. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4.4. Information About Contracts Currently In Force Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz In The Column Period Of Validity Of The Current Contract / Notice Period. Information About The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5.
