The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Revitalization Of The Garden Of The Brzeski Senior Center, Located At Ul. Piastowska 29 In Brzeg, On Plots No. 874/1 And 874/2, Including Construction, Installation And Demolition Works As Well As Land Development, Including The Execution And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements And Planting Greenery. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Titled Improving The Quality Of Public Space In The Brzeg Commune Through Revitalization Of Historic Parks And Gardens. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1. Demolition And Preparatory Works: 1) Demolition Of Existing Concrete Surfaces Of Roads, Access Roads And Alleys Together With Curbs, 2) Disassembly Of Existing Small Architecture Elements And Fragments Of Fencing To Be Removed, 3) Removal Of Buildings At The Corner Of The Active Support Center Building, 4) Demolition Of The Brick Housing Of The Garbage Shelter, 5) Removal Of Parts Of Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Planned Development Of The Area, Including Trees And Bushes That Are Dead Or Pose A Threat To Safety,6) Preparing The Area For New Development.2. Communication System: 1) Construction Of Internal Roads, Walking Paths And Squares With Permeable Surfaces, 2) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces Made Of Concrete Cubes, 3) Construction Of Alleys With Quartzite Stone Slabs, 4) Construction Of Steel Edging And Granite Curbs. 3. Installations: 1) Construction Of Electrical Installations For External Lighting And Powering The Outdoor Stage. 4.
