1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Motycz Szlachecki.2. Address And Name Of The Facility: Volunteer Fire Department Station In Motycz Szlachecki; Motycze Szlacheckie 40, Plot No. 278/1, 278/2, Rev. Motycze Szlacheckie, Zaleszany Commune.3. Description Of The Existing Condition: 1) The Existing Building Is Located On Plot Numbers 278/1 And 278/2 In Motycz Szlachecki. The Building Consists Of Three Parts: The Middle Two-Story Part And The Two Outer One-Story Parts, All Without A Basement. The Building Contains The Volunteer Fire Departments Fire Station (Left Segment), An Occasional Room With Kitchen And Sanitary Facilities, And The Rooms Of The Village Community Center (Middle Segment And A Room After A Former Shop With Storage Facilities (Right Segment);2) In The Building On The Western Side, From The Municipal Road Side, There Is The Main Entrance To The Fire Station And An Entrance From The Ground Level, While On The Eastern (Garden) Side There Are Entrances To The Occasional Hall And, Separately, To The Kitchen Facilities, On The Southern Side There Are Two Entrance To The Store;3) Area Equipped With Electricity And Gas Networks And The Municipal Water Supply Network. Liquid Waste Discharged Into A Tight Tank; 4) Fire Station Building Made Using Traditional Brick Technology, One- And Two-Story Building, No Basement. Solid Brick Walls Insulated With Styrofoam Using The Light Wet Method Of Various Thicknesses; 5) Wooden Rafter-Purlin Roof Structure. The Roof Truss And Covering Are In Poor Technical Condition And Require Immediate Renovation;6) Additionally, The Building Does Not Meet The Requirements For Thermal Insulation Of External Partitions And Requires Additional Insulation.4. The Investment In Question Is Co-Financed By The Voivodship Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Rzeszów - Subsidy Agreement No. 6919/2025/Oa/R/Dmb For Co-Financing A Task Implemented Under The Priority Program National Program For Financing Rescue Services, Part 3) Energy Modernization Of Buildings Of Volunteer Fire Brigades With The Participation Of Funds Made Available By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management To The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Rzeszów.5. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) Replacement Of External Windows And Doors (Selected Openings); 2) Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Gutters And Chimney Flashing; 3) Replacement Of The Wooden Roof Structure With A New One, Maintaining The Same Parameters (Angle Of Inclination, Height Of The Structure To The Eaves And Ridge); 4) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Top Floor; 5) Insulation Of External Walls; 6) Lightning Protection Installation (According To The Design) Industry);7) Accompanying Works.6.
