The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Water Protection Program In The Kalisz-Ostrowska Agglomeration, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By: Functional And Utility Program And Essential Provisions Of The Agreement. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Provisions Of The Above Documents, The Provisions Indicated In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement Shall Prevail. 4. The Implementation Of Each Part Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits, Approvals And Decisions, Including: A) Preparation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Detailed Schedule For The Execution Of Design And Construction Works, B) A Preliminary Design, Which Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract - The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Accept It Or Report Any Possible Comments, C) Obtaining Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation (The Geodetic Base Necessary For The Development Is Provided By The Contractor), D) Obtaining, On Beha
