Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Commercial Premises No. 42 In The Building At Ul. Żelazna 64 In Warsaw Based On Technical Documentation Intended For Residential Premises (Social - Temporary).
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Commercial Premises No. 42 In The Building At Ul. Żelazna 64 In Warsaw Based On Technical Documentation Intended For Residential Premises (Social - Temporary). The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bills Of Quantities, Construction And Executive Designs And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annexes To Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Specify The Scope Of Work Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration For Individual Premises. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Premises No. 28, 44, 46, 53 And 73/74 At Ul. Żelazna 64 In Warsaw, Even Though They Were Included In The Architectural And Construction Design. In Order To Prepare The Offer Correctly, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer.
