The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Adaptation And Renovation Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Building And Rooms Of The Former Krasnopol Commune Office To The Function Of The Senior Club In Order To Enable The Provision Of Social Services As Part Of The Project Entitled: Social Services Center In The Krasnopol Commune.2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Union From Funds 8751640103. The Scope Of The Expected Works Includes In Particular: - Demolition Of Partition Walls And Erection Of New Ones, - Replacement Of Floors And Floors With New Ones, - Finishing Works Of Walls And Ceilings, - Internal Door Joinery, - Replacement Of Electrical Installations, - Replacement Of Sanitary Installations, - Installation Of Toilet Equipment For Disabled People, - Modification Of The Central Installation Heating, Other – Removal Of Rubble From The Demolition Site, Disposal4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation (Bill Of Quantities, Stwior, Drawings). The Works Should Be Performed To The Extent And Quantity Specified In The Bills Of Quantities In The Manner Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) And The Contract, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Swz And Stwior, The Provisions Of The Swz Shall Prevail. 5. Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works: Minimum 36 Months, 6. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation.7. Accessibility Requirements For Disabled People [Art. 100 Section 1] Were Specified In The Design Documentation.8.
