1. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Order To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Training Accessories, Hereinafter Referred To As The Assortment.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Chapter Xix Of The Swz.3. The Contractor Will Provide A 12-Month Warranty And A 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Assortment. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Contractors Offer, In The Table In Column 3 - The Manufacturer, The Model / Type Of The Assortment Or Other Data Clearly Identifying The Assortment. The Name Manufacturer Should Be Understood As The Name Of The Company Under Which The Offered Product Is Sold Or Of The Entrepreneur Placing The Product On The Market In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. If The Contractor Fails To Indicate The Manufacturer, Model/Type Or Other Data Clearly Identifying The Product Range, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.6. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
