Name Of The Part: Delivery Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture For The Ac 11S Wearing Course. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture For The Ac 11S Wearing Course In A Total Quantity Of 1,400 Tons (1,100 Tons Ordered In The Basic Scope, 300 Tons Ordered In The Option Scope), For Mechanical Installation With Overlays On Larger Surfaces. The Mixture Should Be Made On The Basis Of D50/70 Asphalt For Traffic Category Kr 1-2 And Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13108-1 Or Newer Or Equivalent Standard. The Mixture Will Be Transported In The Ordering Partys Cars, Successively Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs, At The Ordering Partys Expense. Loading Onto The Ordering Partys Vehicles At The Contractors Expense And Expense. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected From The Contractor Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Ordering By Telephone Or Via E-Mail At Least One Business Day Before The Planned Collection. Upon Receipt Of Each Batch Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming The Received Quantity Of Material (Weight Receipts Or Wz) With A Legible Signature Of The Person Receiving The Order. The Contractor Ensures Collection Of The Subject Of The Order On Working Days From Monday To Friday, At Least From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. The Minimum Size Of A Single Order Is 3 Tons. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Production And Receipt Of The Mixture Should Be No Further Than 50 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat (Brzozów, Ul. Legionowcy 10), Measured Along The Route According To Public Roads. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Must Have A Bituminous Mass Production Plant With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 50 Mg/H For The Purpose Of Executing The Order. For The Production Of Asphalt Concrete, It Is Not Allowed To Use Material From The Milling Of Mineral-Bituminous Surfaces As A Component Material For The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Immediately Undertakes To Provide A Current Declaration Of Compliance Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Technical Approval. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality, Weight Of The Received Material And Compliance With The Technical Approval, The Ordering Party May Commission Its Testing To A Specialized And Accredited Road Laboratory. If Any Non-Compliance Is Found, The Cost Of The Test Is Covered By The Contractor, And The Batch Received By The Ordering Party Will Be Returned To The Contractor At His Expense. The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Current National Technical Assessment, Valid Also For The Duration Of The Order, Issued By An Authorized Research Unit (E.G. Road And Bridge Research Institute) Or Equivalent. The Contractor Will Be Fully Responsible For The Transfer Of Materials That Do Not Comply With The Order And Applicable Standards And Requirements Allowing Products To Be Used In Construction.
