The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Ski Lift With The Possibility Of Alternative Use Of The Infrastructure In The Summer In Szczecinek At Mikołaja Reja Street., Including In Particular: 1) Design Concept, 2) Construction Design; 3) Executive Design; 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 5) Bill Of Quantities; 6) Cost Estimate Investor. Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Design Documentation.2. The Design Documentation Will Be Developed On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor, Which Specifies The Functional, Technical And Quality Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Constitutes A Binding Basis For The Development Of The Design Documentation. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Prepare Design Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Year-Round Recreation Zone, Taking Into Account The Possible Construction, Reconstruction Or Collision Of Existing Networks, Connections And Technical Infrastructure Installations.3.
