The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution By The Contractor, As Part Of The Project For Which The Ordering Party Received Funding Entitled: Replacement Of 34 Camera Points In The Old Town And Bydgoskie Przedmieście No. Fekp.05.08-Iz.00-0005/24 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority 5. European Funds For Strengthening The Endogenous Potential Of The Region Measure 5.8 Revitalization Of Presidential Cities Specific Objective 5 (I.) Supporting Integrated And Inclusive Social Social, Economic And Environmental Development, Culture, Natural Heritage, Sustainable Tourism And Safety In Urban Areas Of The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program - Dismantling The Previously Installed And Delivery Of New 17 Digital Cameras Along With The Service Of Their Installation In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver 17 Digital High-Speed Ptz Cameras Cooperating With The Vms Genetec Video Monitoring Platform Of The City Of Toruń In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, 2) Provide The Service Of Dismantling The Previously Installed And Installing The Cameras Delivered In The Locations Indicated Below In The City Of Toruń: 1) Ul. Rybaki 57;2) Ul. Kraszewskiego 2;3) Ul. Bydgoska 116;4) Ul. Chopina 22;5) Ul. Kochanowskiego 1;6) Ul. Konopnicka 19;7) Ul. Konopnicka 31;8) Ul. Matejki 8;9) Ul. Matejki 20-22;10) Ul. Matejki 32;11) Ul. Mickiewicza 18;12) Ul. Mickiewicza 126;13) Ul. Moniuszki 16-20;14) Ul. Sienkiewicza 9;15) Ul. Sienkiewicza 22;16) Ul. Ślusarska 7;17) Ul. Podmurna 24.3. In Addition, For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Locations, The Contractor Will: 1) Deliver And Install, Configure And Launch The Device: Radio Bridge For Video Signal Transmission. Radio Bridge Requirements In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template; 2) Will Extend The Vms Genetec Security Center License With The Supplied Number Of Camera Connection And Failover Camera Connection Cameras. Information About The Video Monitoring System Of The City Of Toruń Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template;3) Will Mark The Delivered Devices In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template.4. Detailed Technical Requirements For High-Speed Cameras And Precise Location Data Along With The Height Of Camera Installation Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Submitting Appropriate Documents Confirming The Use Of Equivalent Solutions.
