Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Printing Service And Delivering It For The Purposes Of The Department Of Promotion, Culture And Sport

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Printing And Bookbinding Services In The Scope Of, Among Others: Composition, Folding, Preparation For Printing, Printing And Delivery Of Printing Materials, As Well As Successive Services In The Production Of Promotional Materials In The Field Of, Among Others: Preparation For Printing, Printing And Delivery Of Promotional Materials In Accordance With The Principles Of Printing Art, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards And Regulations.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 7 - Contract Template To This Swz.3. Implementation And Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of An Order Submitted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail - By E-Mail By Authorized Persons.4. The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Form Cannot Be Increased Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period. The Cost Of Delivery Must Be Included By The Contractor In The Unit Prices Of Printing And Promotional Materials, I.E. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Separate Remuneration For Their Delivery.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Ordering Partys Office, Bringing It And Handing It Over To An Authorized Person, After Determining The Exact Date And Time Of Delivery, Taking Into Account The Ordering Partys Working Hours. Before Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Exact Delivery Date, But No Later Than 1 Business Day Before The Planned Delivery. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And In A Way That Ensures High Quality.7. The Articles Delivered Under This Order Are To Be Brand New And Unused, Of Adequate Quality And Functionality, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials Approved For Trading In The Republic Of Poland.8. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Resulting From The Service, In Particular Delivery To The Ordering Party.9. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Successively Over A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.10. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Designs And Materials For Printing A Unit Order To The Contractor In The Form Of A Digital Recording To The E-Mail Address Provided By Him.11. After The Ordering Partys Notification, The Contractor Undertakes To Produce And Deliver The Ordered Printing Or Promotional Materials Within A Maximum Of 7 Business Days (Offer Evaluation Criterion - Time Of Individual Service Completion And Delivery In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Included In The Offer Form), Counted From The Moment Of Placing The Order (Sending The Finished Project By The Ordering Party).12. Delivery Of Each Submitted Order Should Be Made Once.13. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Until The Ordering Party Confirms Receipt.14. As Par
