The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Server, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1.2. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Work.3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty And Provide Service: A) The Warranty Will Be Granted For The Period Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), B) The Contractor Will Provide Service Within The Amount Offered For The Duration Of The Warranty. C) The Time For Commencement Of Repair When Reporting A Fault By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail Is 24 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting By The Ordering Party, D) If It Is Necessary To Perform The Repair Outside The Place Of Use Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Ensure, At Its Own Expense, The Collection Of The Equipment For Repair And Its Repair. Delivery After The Repair And Delivery Of Replacement Equipment For The Duration Of The Repair With Parameters No Worse Than The Equipment Offered In Its Offer.
