The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Multi-Sector Investor Supervision Services Over The Adaptation Of Part Of The Building B Of The District Office In Legionowo For The Needs Of The Catering Workshop Base Of The District Center For Social Integration With Social Facilities For Employees, As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation And Adaptation Of Part Of Building B Of The District Office In Legionowo For The Needs Of The Catering Workshop Base Of The District Center For Social Integration In Legionowo”.2. Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of An Investment Task Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, I.E. In Particular: 1) Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of The Investment; 2) Checking The Compliance Of The Works With The Design, Regulations And Applicable European And Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 3) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective And Not Approved For Use In Construction;4) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing;5) Giving Opinions On Material Applications (Submitted By Construction Contractors) In Terms Of Compliance With The Assumptions Of The Design Documentation For Materials To Be Incorporated;6) Participating In Technical Acceptance Of Installations And Preparing And Participating In Acceptance Activities Of Completed Construction Works And Submitting Them For Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party;7) Participation In Committees Appointed By The Ordering Party;8) Confirming The Completed Works And Removing Defects, And, At The Ordering Partys Request, Controlling The Construction Settlements;9) Issuing Instructions To The Construction Manager Confirmed By An Entry In The Construction Log, Regarding In Particular: Removing Irregularities Or Threats, Performing Tests Or Examinations, Including Those Requiring The Discovery Of Works Or Hidden Elements, And Presenting Expert Opinions On The Construction Works Carried Out, Evidence Of Approval For Marketing And Use Of Construction Products And Technical Devices In Construction;10) Requesting The Construction Manager To Perform Corrections Or Re-Performance Of Defectively Performed Works, As Well As Suspension Of Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Result In Non-Compliance With The Design Or Construction Permit;11) Control Of The Timeliness Of The Works In Relation To The Schedule;12) Protection Of The Ordering Partys Interests In The Field Of Technical And Economic Matters Under The Design Documentation, Construction Law And The Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works;13) Access To And Stay At The Construction Site In The Amount Necessary For Proper Supervision, Starting From The Date Of Commence
