Unit And Collective Price List For Deliveries3. The Ordering Party Requires The Ordering Party To Deliver All Of The Above-Mentioned Plant Protection Products And Mineral Fertilizers With The Required Technical Parameters. Packaging Of Mineral Fertilizers In The Form Of A Big Bag. A Written Declaration Guaranteeing That The Delivered Plant Protection Products And Mineral Fertilizers Constituting The Subject Of The Offer Will Be Produced In Poland Or Eu Countries - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. All Additional Costs, Including The Costs Of Used Equipment And Transport, Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Delivery Of Plant Protection Products And Fertilizers Minerals Only At The Prices Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Technical Specification Supply Of Plant Protection Products And Mineral Fertilizers. Unit And Collective Price List For Deliveries. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. In The Case Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Refrained From Dividing The Contract Into Parts Because It Decided That There Was No Need To Award This Contract In Parts. Dividing The Contract Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution Or Would Require Excessive Simultaneous Involvement Of Human Resources To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Jeopardize Its Proper Execution. The Technical Scope Of The Contract Was Covered By The Entire Order And One Contract, And The Settlement For The Execution Of The Contract Is A Lump Sum.
