1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Conducting A 10-Day Summer Holiday For Children And Youth In Family And Institutional Foster Care During The School Holidays In 2026 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Positive Future Plus. Promotion Of Foster Parenthood, Support For Existing Foster Families And People Becoming Independent And Leaving Family Or Institutional Foster Care No.: Fewm.09.09-Iz.00-0003/24 Under Priority 9: Inclusion And Integration Of Esf+ Of The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed From European Funds Social Fund Plus. 2. The Contractor May Organize And Carry Out Recreation In The Form Of Summer Camps, Trips For The Entire Group Of Children And Youth, Taking Into Account Their Interests, Or Join Participants To Other Already Formed Groups, Taking Into Account The Age And Interests Of Children And Youth. The Recreation Does Not Have To Include All Children At The Same Time. At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Whether He Will Organize One Trip For The Entire Group Of Children And Teenagers Or Organize Different Trips In Several Groups. 3. Place Of Recreation: In Poland, Outside The Commune, The City Of Olsztyn (Place Of Residence Of The Participants) And The Town Of Bustryk, Ząb, Poronin Commune (Place Of Rest Of The Project Participants In 2025). 4. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. Persons Whose Data Are Entered In The National Criminal Register As Convicted Persons Will Not Participate In The Performance Of The Agreement. A Final Judgment Of The Court For An Intentional Crime And In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators With Limited Access (Hereinafter Referred To As The Register) Or B) Which Have Not Been Verified In The Registers Or C) For Which The Contractor Has Received Information That Criminal Proceedings Are Being Conducted Against Them, Referred To In Art. 2 Of The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 560, As Amended). D) Before Allowing Persons To Perform The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Verify Whether The Data Of Persons Who Will Have Direct Contact With Children And Young People Directed To Provide Services Are Included In The Register And Will Inform The Ordering Party About This In Writing And Obtain From Persons Providing Services, A Declaration Of Knowledge And Compliance With The Rules Contained In The Standards For The Protection Of Minors In Force At The Contractor And Will Inform The Ordering Party About It In Writing.7. On Each Trip, The Contractor Provides Appropriate Staff With Qualifications In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of March 30, 2016 On Recreation For Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 452, As Amended).
