4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Security Services For People And Property At The Wrocław Contemporary Museum. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is 24-Hour Protection And Supervision Of People And Property Of The Wrocław Contemporary Museum Based In Wrocław. 24/7 Supervision And Protection Of The Ordering Partys Persons And Property Will Be Provided In The Form Of A Permanent Direct Physical Protection Service. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, With The Help Of A Number Of Security Personnel Determined By Itself, Provide Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, Consisting Of The Wrocław Contemporary Museum Shelter Building With A Total Area Of 3,663.83 M2, Located At Pl. Strzegomski 2, An Administrative Building With A Total Area Of 118.70 M2, Located At Pl. Strzegomski 2A, As Well As Items Located In The Rooms Of The Shelter Building And The Administration Building And The Area Immediately Adjacent To The Above-Mentioned. Buildings With An Area Of 3,005 M2. Physical Protection Will Involve Securing Buildings Against Burglary, Theft, Destruction Of Property And Actions Of Third Parties, As Well As In Situations Of Direct Threat, Including Fire, Flooding And Other Threats. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Appropriate Equipment For Security Employees, Required By Separate Regulations, To Secure The Security Employee And The Protected Facility, Including Separate, Independent Means Of Communication With Which The Employees Expected To Perform The Order Will Be Equipped. The Ability Of Security Staff To Properly Communicate With Museum Visitors Is Required. The Contractors Employees Are Required To Have The Correct Ability To Communicate In Polish.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With A List Of Posts And Work Schedule, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Contract Template Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4.4. The Contractor Will Install, At His Own Expense, In 8 Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within 14 Calendar Days From Signing The Contract, A System Recording Visits To The Protected Area. The Recording System Will Remain The Property Of The Contractor After Completion Of The Order.4.5. In Justified Situations, In Particular In The Event Of A Burglary Or Attempted Burglary, The Contractor Is Obliged To Delegate A Second Employee Upon Request To Strengthen The Security Of The Facility As Part Of A Monthly Fee Until The Place Is Secured And An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party Is Brought In.
