Tenders Are Invited For Providing Transportation Services Of Corpses Or Human Remains In The Area Of ​​Operation Of Prosecutors Offices Of The Lublin District

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport Of Corpses And Human Remains Within And Outside The Area Of ​​Operation Of The District Prosecutors Office In Lublin, District Prosecutors Offices Based In Lublin And The District Prosecutors Office In Świdnik.2. With Respect To Each Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Accept An Order For The Provision Of The Service. The Contractor Ensures Full Availability And Undertakes To Provide The Service 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Also On Public Holidays, 2) Arrival At The Indicated Place Of The Event, At The Time Declared In The Offer (Travel Time Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers), 3) Putting The Corpse Or Human Remains Into A Bag. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Regardless Of The Degree Of Damage To The Body Or The State Of Decomposition And The Place Where The Body Or Its Remains Are Located, 4) Transfer Of The Body On A Stretcher (Manual Transport) In A Situation Where The Event Occurred In A Place That Cannot Be Reached By A Motor Vehicle, 5) Putting A Bag With The Body Or Human Remains Into The Vehicle And From The Vehicle Of The Contractor, 6) Transport And Transfer Of The Body To The Indicated Place Based On A Written Or Oral Order Given By The Competent Prosecutor Or Police Officer At The Request Of The Competent Prosecutor,7) Providing All Necessary Means And Materials For The Proper Performance Of The Service, In Particular Specialized Vehicles, Stretchers, Body Bags, Disinfectants, Protective Clothing, Gloves And Other Materials Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order,8) In Special Cases, Corpses And Human Remains May Be Transported Outside The Jurisdiction Of The Local Prosecutors Office, Including To A Forensic Medicine Facility Only Upon The Written Order Of The Prosecutor,9) Absolute Secrecy By The Contractor Is Provided With All Information About The Facts Obtained During The Performance Of The Service In Question.3. A Detailed Description Of The Activities Covered By The Service Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Draft Contract). The Scope Of Activities That The Contractor May Be Obliged To Perform As Part Of The Transport Is The Same For Each Part.
