Tenders Are Invited For Together Against Climate Threats - Additional Equipment For Volunteer Fire Brigades In The Głubczyce District (Delivery Of Rescue And Firefighting Equipment)

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Equipment, The Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Equivalent Solutions: If The Names Of Devices, Materials Or Solutions Are Used In The Swz Or Other Documentation - The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Devices, Materials Or Solutions, But They Must Be Characterized By At Least The Same (Not Worse) Quality/Parameters As Those Described By The Ordering Party. If In The Swz Or Other Documentation The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor And By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If Equivalent Solutions Are Invoked, The Contractor Must Demonstrate That The Devices, Materials Or Solutions Proposed By Him Meet The Ordering Partys Guidelines To An Extent Not Less Than That Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Then Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A List Of Equivalent Solutions, Including A Description Or Standards To Confirm Equivalence. Failure To Include A List Of Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Will Be Treated As Acceptance Of The Solutions Specified By The Ordering Party.
