1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Nine-Time Mowing Of The Sosnowski Hogweed Weed Together With Its Removal At The Contractors Expense In The Military Complex Located In Osg Trzcianiec. 2. Area Where The Plant Occurs: 180 Hectares. This Is An Area With A Very High And High Intensity Of Sosnowski Hogweed.3. Mowing The Sosnowski Hogweed Involves Mowing It, Raking It Into Piles, Loading It Onto A Means Of Transport And Taking It To The Landfill At The Contractors Expense. 4. The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Equipment And A Team Of Workers To Remove The Plant In Hard-To-Reach Places Where He Is Unable To Use Agricultural Machinery Due To Terrain Conditions. 11. All Persons Involved In The Removal Of The Plant Should Be Trained And Informed About The Harmfulness, Toxicity And Stinging Properties Of This Plant.12. All Persons Involved In The Removal Of The Plant Should Be Equipped With Appropriate Protective Clothing.13. The Contractor Bears Full Financial Responsibility For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor Or His Employees During The Execution Of This Order.14. After Each Activity Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, A Report On The Provision Of The Service Must Be Prepared. The Acceptance Of The Completed Activities, I.E. The Determination Of The Quality And Effectiveness Of Their Implementation, Will Be Carried Out By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party At The Place Of Service Provision. 15.
