Tenders Are Invited For D/23/2026 Purchase Of A License For Qualitative Analysis Software, Enabling Collaboration In The Cloud And Stationary Analysis Of Qualitative Data

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of A License For Software For Qualitative Analysis, Enabling Collaboration In The Cloud And Stationary Analysis Of Qualitative Data.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order/Contract Using Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Have Electronic Means Enabling Their Collection, In Particular By Making Them Available Via The Software Manufacturers Portal.5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Free From Physical And Legal Defects; Never Previously Registered To Another User And Not Previously Activated; Together With The Appropriate Certificates Of Legality, In The Form Used By The Manufacturer.6. The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be A Demo, Trial Or Freeware Version.7. The License For The Software Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Granted For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Data That Clearly Identifies The Offered Subject Of The Contract, Such As: Manufacturer, Name, Version, Variant, Type, Type Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract (Depending On Which Data Is Applicable), Along With An Indication Of The Validity Period Of The Offered License. If Such A Need Arises And Additional Information Is Required To Clearly Define The Offered Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide It So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Contract Is Offered By The Contractor. If, In Order To Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Use Additional Solutions (Not Standardly Used), The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer That Such An Additional Solution Is Offered. If The Subject Of The Order Is Offered, Which Does Not Have The Markings Referred To Above, And Is Made To Order, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Form - Custom-Made Product, Own Product Or Another Equivalent Phrase And Attach To The Offer Documents Which Would Indicate What Parameters, Functions And Features The Offered Subject Of The Order Has. None Information In The Offer Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Consider The Offer Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz And Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act.9. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Suff
