The Certificate Must Enable The Creation Of Digital Signatures With Legal Validity, Authentication In Government Systems And Access To Services Electronic Devices, Guaranteeing The Requirements Of Authenticity, Integrity, Confidentiality And Non-Repudiation Of Information. The Device (Usb Token) Must Have Secure Storage Capacity For Cryptographic Keys, Personal Password Protection (Pin) And Compatibility With The Main Operating Systems And Browsers Used By The Public Administration.
