The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order By Both Parties. 9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Delivered Is Brand New, I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Delivery, Has Not Been Used For Exhibition Purposes And Comes From A Legal Source. If There Are Any Doubts As To The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Subject Of The Order, In Particular
