The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Multimedia Equipment. 2) Installation. 3) Configuration And First Launch. 4) Technical Support During The Warranty Period. 5) Warranty Service Of The Delivered Devices. 3. Place Of Delivery And Installation: 1) Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools, Ul. Sienkiewicza 23, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry 2) Chemical, Medical And General Education School Complex, Ul. Opolska 26, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry 3) Technical And Service School Complex. Jana Pawła Ii, Ul. Pokoju 14 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry 4) Art And Design School Complex, Legionów 35, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry 5) Wieloprofilowy Szkoła Szkół, Ul. Sobieskiego 6, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry 6) Construction And Architectural School Complex, Ul. Okrzei 3, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Consistent With Applicable Regulations And Technical Standards. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be The Property Of The Contractor, Not Encumbered With Rights To Third Parties, And Must Be Brand New, Obtained Through A Legal Distribution Channel On The Polish Market. 5. The Subject Of The Order Should Have A Warranty Period Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Is Counted From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 6. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Just Transition Fund - Priority: Fesl.10.00 European Funds For Transformation; Fesl Operation. 10.23 Vocational Education In The Process Of Just Transformation Of The Region, European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Action Transformation, Contract Number: Uda-Fesl.10.23-Iz.01-06Cg/23; Fesl.10.23-Iz.01-06Cg/23-004. 7. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annexes No. 5 To The Swz 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 8. Detailed Regulations Regarding The Warranty Period, As Well As The Required Service Of The Subject Of The Order And Technical Support Services Are Included In Opz (Annex No. 5 To The Swz) And Ppu (Annex No. 3 To The Swz). The Manufacturers Warranty Period For The Delivered Devices Cannot Be Shorter Than 36 Months. The Conditions Described In The Opz Are Binding On The Contractor. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order By Both Parties. 9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Delivered Is Brand New, I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Delivery, Has Not Been Used For Exhibition Purposes And Comes From A Legal Source. If There Are Any Doubts As To The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Subject Of The Order, In Particular
