The Object Of The Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Purpose Of The Project That Will Be Developed Is: 1/ Optimizing And Normal Functioning Of The Hydraulics Of The Water Supply Network; 2/ Reduction Of Health Risks Through The Rehabilitation Of The Water Supply Network, Built With Modern And Health-Safe Materials; 3/ Creation Of A Condition For The Development Of Industry In The Area Due To Better Conductivity Of The Water Supply Network; 4/ Improvement Of The Landscaping, Hygienic And Ecological Conditions On The Territory Of The Settlements; 5/ Improving The State Of The Environment To Increase The Attractiveness Of Life And Investment Opportunities By Providing New Jobs For The Local Population; 6/ Creation Of Prerequisites For Sustainable Development Of The Settlement. A Detailed Description Of The Activities Is Contained In The Contracting Authoritys Terms Of Reference Together With Its Annexes And The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of These Instructions. Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase According To The Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Other Related By-Laws On The Applicable Project Parts. The Technical Project Should Be Completed With The Necessary Calculations, Diagrams, Textual And Graphic/Drawing Material, Explanatory Notes, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. Projects Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Bills Of Quantities For The Applicable Parts. (See Appendix 2) Development Of A Detailed Development Plan - Parcel Plan According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 8 On The Volume And Content Of Development Schemes And Plans. The Parcel Plan Must Necessarily Cover The Part Of The Project Outside The Regulation Of The Village Of Trud. (See Appendix 1) Exercising Authors Supervision During Execution Of The Cmp Of The Construction. A Detailed Description Of The Activities Is Contained In The Contracting Authoritys Terms Of Reference Together With Its Annexes, The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of These Instructions.
