Electricity – Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy To Mbal - Blagoevgrad Ad For A Period Of 2 /Two/ Years. The Current Public Procurement Is For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And The Performance Of The Functions Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group Of Mbal - Blagoevgrad Jsc With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances. A Renewal Is Foreseen, Including A Repetition Of The Deliveries For A Period Of 6 (Six) Months, With A Volume And Value One Second Of The Terms Of The Initial Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Calculated Based On The Total Consumption In Kwh, According To The Data Of The Employers Itn For A Period Of 12 Consecutive Months. The Estimated Value Also Includes The Possible Inclusion Of New Objects. The Specified Estimated Value Of The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy Includes The Duty To The Society Fee, Fees For Network Services And Excise Tax, Which The Contracting Authority Pays To The Contractor At The Prices In Effect And Determined By Kevr And/Or Another Competent Authority, For The Relevant Period, Based On Information Received From The Network Operator. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption For The Contract Period Of 24 Months Does Not In Any Way Oblige The Contracting Authority To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Contracting Authoritys Consumption Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object), Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need.
