The Client Intends To Renew The Technical Systems Of Two Federal Data Center-Like Technical Buildings With Redundant Technical Systems While The Buildings Continue To Operate. These Include, In Particular, Drinking Water Systems, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Systems, Refrigeration Systems, Low-Voltage Systems, In-House Generation Systems, Medium-Voltage Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Building Automation And Oxygen Reduction Systems. For Planning And Implementation, The Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interiors Are Tendered As Part Of A Negotiated Procedure With A Participation Competition For The Award Of Architectural Services In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai For Service Phases 2 To 8 (Service Levels 1 To 4).
