Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Service - 2026/2027. Relevant Bid Documents can be obtained from the Accounts Section of the High Court, Colombo, from 23.03.2026 up to 09.04.2026 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on submission of the Receipt received from the Shroff of the High Court, Colombo for the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00 along with a written request made on a company letterhead. Every bid submitted should be accompanied with a Bid Security valued at Rs. 320,000.00 valid up to 24.07.2026 and it should be obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, drawn in favour of the "High Court Judge, High Court, Colombo 12", as a Bank Security (the original copy should compulsorily be submitted) or it can be paid by cash to the Shroff and the original copy of the Receipt submitted as the Security. Completed bids will be accepted up to 10.00 a.m. on 10.04.2026. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids at the Office of the Chief Accountant of the High Court, Colombo and bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the opening of bids.
