Tenders are invited for Development of a Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System Compliant With Epcis Standards The contracting authority of this public procurement contract is Enabel, the Belgian Agency for international cooperation, public-law company with social purposes, with its registered office at Rue Haute 147, 1000 Brussels in Belgium (enterprise number 0264.814.354, RPM/RPR Brussels). This tender is organised by Enabel in Rwanda, acting under a mandate from the European Union to implement projects in health, agriculture, agroforestry, and urbanisation, thereby contributing to Rwandas socio-economic development.
