Tenders are invited for Procurement of 25±5% Mt of White Printing Paper in Reams / 500 Sheets 24"x30" /100±2.5 GSM. State Printing Corporation (SPC) has allocated funds from its annual budget for the procurement of raw materials and intends to utilize a portion of these funds for payments under the contract for the procurement of 25 ± 5%MT of White Printing Paper in reams/500sheets/24" x 30"/100±2.5%gsm. Under the above fund arrangement, State Printing Corporation (SPC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders, Importers or Manufacturers through their accredited local agents for the Procurement of 25±5% MT of White Printing Paper in reams/500 sheets/24" x 30"/100±2.5% gsm. Bidders are required to furnish Bid Security of Rs. 75,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. Bids may be submitted by qualified bidders, including importers and local agents on behalf of their respective principals, who have at least three (3) years in supplying of printing papers of similar capacity. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 27/03/2026 at 9.30 am at State Printing Corporation, Panaluwa, Padukka. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application, accompanied the receipt for payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00. The bid documents will be issued on working days from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and commencing from 20/03/2026 up to 06/04/2026. Duly filled bidding documents marked "Bid for Procurement of 25±5%MT of White Printing Paper in reams / 500 sheets/(24" x 30"/100±2.5%gsm): SPC/SUP/FI/001/2026/10" on the top left hand corner of the envelope should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Office of Supplies Manager, State Printing Corporation, Panaluwa, Padukka, at or before 11.00 am on 07/04/2026. Late bid submissions are not accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person immediately after the bid closing on 07/04/2026.
