Tenders are invited for Supplying and Delivering of Printing Papers. Photocopy Paper Legal 80 GSM (White Colour) (500 Nos. Sheet per pack) Photocopy Paper A5 80 GSM (White Colour) (500 Nos. Sheet per pack) Photocopy Paper A3 80 GSM (White Colour) (500 Nos. Sheet per pack) Photocopy Paper A4 80 GSM (White Colour) (500 Nos. Sheet per pack). Bid Security (LKR) 130,000.00 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Senior Manager (Procurement), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya from 23rd March 2026 until 09th April 2026 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 5,000/=. Bids shall be addressed to the Senior Manager (Procurement), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, should be sent through the registered post and receive at or before 2.00 p.m on 10th April 2026. Bidders shall indicate "Supplying and Delivering of Printing Papers for Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank" and "HBO/PROC/RDB/2026/037" the top left hand of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. on Bids shall be valid for 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security amount as mentioned above in favor of General Manager/CEO Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date of closing of bids (10th April 2026 to 06th August 2026). Selected supplier should submit performance bond value of 10% total contract value, which shall be valid for a period of three-months from issuance of the Purchasing Order.
