Expression of Interest for Support for Data Analytics and Reporting under the Asset-Based Finance Project Linked to Public Procurement in Ukraine Description: The assignment will support IFC in strengthening the analytical foundation of asset-based finance solutions linked to public procurement in Ukraine by collecting and consolidating data on the use of factoring and supply chain finance instruments, analyzing procurement-related transaction flows as underlying assets for financing, benchmarking Ukraines approach against international practices, and identifying operational and market barriers affecting utilization.
