Expression of Interest for PreFeasibility Assessment of EcoIndustrial Park Greenfield Projects in Albania and BiH The assignment aims to provide technical support to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in the development of prefeasibility studies for two EcoIndustrial Park (EIP) greenfield projects located in Tomislavgrad, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Durana Tech Park, Tirana, Albania. The consultant will support IFC in assessing the market potential, financial viability, and implementation readiness of the proposed EIP projects, in line with the international EIP framework. The scope of work includes market assessments, participation in EIP concept planning workshops, and the preparation of preliminary financial and investment analyses, including CAPEX and OPEX assessments, financial modeling under multiple scenarios, and implementation phasing. The assignment also covers the development of highlevel marketing and visibility plans to support investor outreach and stakeholder engagement. The outputs will inform IFC and public stakeholders on the feasibility, financing structure, and development pathways for the proposed EIP greenfield projects.
