The Contractor Operates Several Trolleybus Lines With Contact Line Infrastructure In The City Of Lausanne And Regularly Carries Out Various Construction And Transformation Work On These Lines. To Do This, Services In The Field Of Work Management, Delivery And Installation Of Contact Lines On Construction Sites Must Be Allocated. This Is A Secondary Construction Contract With A Framework Contract. It Concerns The Provision Of Assembly Services For Overhead Contact Lines For Public Transport In The Lausanne Region Over The Period 2026 To 2031. The Details Of The Work And Expected Services Are Described In Exhibits 2 “Technical Specifications” And 3.1 “Financial Offer”. The Maximum Volume Defined In These Documents In No Way Obliges The Adjudicator To Acquire The Entire Maximum Quantity Defined Over This Period. The Adjudicator May Under No Circumstances Exceed The Quantities And Amounts Indicated.
