The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil In An Amount Estimated At 25,000 Liters Per Month. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change (Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Deliveries), Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Ensures That The Minimum Monthly Quantity Of Diesel Oil Will Not Be Less Than 15,000 Liters. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Parameters Specified In The Polish Standard Pn - En 590: 2022-08, Current As At The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Of June 26, 2024 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended). Each Time You Purchase Fuel, You Must Provide A Document With The Specific Gravity And Temperature, Which Is Necessary When Receiving Diesel Fuel Into The Warehouse. Diesel Fuel Will Be Delivered At The Time And In The Quantity Specified In The Order Sent By E-Mail/Or Telephone To The Contractors Representative, At Least Two Days In Advance. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered To Tanks Owned By The Ordering Party, Located On The Ordering Partys Property Where The Ordering Party Runs Its Business, I.E. In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Krakowska 315 D. The Ordering Party Has 3 Diesel Fuel Tanks With A Total Capacity Of 15,000 Liters. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable To The Ordering Party If The Delivery Item Has A Defect That Reduces Its Value Or Usefulness And If The Delivery Item Does Not Have The Properties Of Which The Contractor Assured The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Delivery Of A Defective Batch Of Goods, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Deliver The Same Batch Of Goods Free From Defects At Its Own Expense And To Bear All Costs Resulting From The Delivery Of The Defective Batch Of Goods, Including The Costs Of Emptying The Fuel From The Ordering Partys Tanks. In The Event Of A Justified Complaint, The Contractor Shall Bear The Costs Of Laboratory Testing Of Diesel Fuel And Is Obliged To Cover All Documented Costs And Losses Incurred By The Ordering Party, In Particular The Costs Of Removing Breakdowns Or Defects In Vehicles Caused By The Use Of Incorrect Diesel Fuel. The Ordering Partys Complaints Will Be Resolved Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Notification.
