(v) Evidence of VAT registration and remittance for the last three years. (vi) Evidence of financial capacity. (vii) Evidence of similar construction work/supply and repairs completed in the last three years. (viii) Evidence of compliance with provision of Pension Reform Act 2004 in relation to section 16 (6) (d) of the public procurement Act 2007. (ix) Evidence of companys audited account for the preceding three (3) years. (x) Evidence of compliance with industrial training funds Act 2011 (ITF). (xi) A current sworn Affidavit that: a. No Director/Partner has being convicted in any country for criminal offence related to fraud or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of fact relating to any matter. b. The company is not in receivership, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition. c. Whether or not any officer of the Council is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder. d. All information presented in this bid is true and correct in all particulars. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed technical and financial tender of each lot which should be in sealed envelope marked tender for lot no. and addressed to the SECRETARY, TENDERS BOARD AMAC should be deposited in a box provided at the procurement section of the Council not later than six (6) weeks from the date of this publication by 12:00 noon. VERIFICATION OF CLAIMS IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS NOTE: That the Council shall reserves the right to verify claims made in the returned tender documents.
