Detailed Company Profile reflecting experience of personnel, plants and equipment vi. Evidence of Financial capability from a reputable Bank vii. Evidence of similar previous project executed within the past five years with verifiable letter of award of contract and completion certificate viii. Evidence of Registration with Sokoto State Tenders Board as a Contractor Submission of Documents: Pre-qualification documents are to be submitted in sealed envelope and labelled as Expression of Interest (E.O.I) at the right hand corner for the title of the project (A or B Project) and addressed to: The Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Health, Block 16, Shehu Kangiwa Secretariat, Sokoto. The submission of the pre-qualification documents must include evidence of payment to the Ministry of Health a non-refundable fee of N250,000.00 for each project. The closing date is two weeks from the date of this publication by 12:00 pm prompt.
