Procurement No: DCA/04/06/03/2026 Description Supply of sanitary services for the Head Office of the Department of Cultural Affairs (including the Mahawamsa office) and five institutions under its purview Charges for Bid Documents Rs. 3500.00 (Non-refundable) Bid Bond Rs. (Refundable) Bids may be submitted for all institutions, for several institutions, or for one institution. The validity period of the bids is 77 days from the last date of receipt. Each bidding document should accompany the original copy of the refundable bid bond as above, obtained in favor of the Director, Department of Cultural Affairs, from a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The bidder should be a provider of sanitary services for government/semi-governmental institutions and should have a minimum of five consecutive years of service experience since the company registration date, a certificate of company registration, and should not be blacklisted Bidding documents could be obtained in Sinhala. Interested bidders could obtain bidding documents on working days during the period from March 20, 2026, to April 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. from the Procurement Division of the Department of Cultural Affairs upon submission of a written request on letterhead from your institution, addressed to the Director of Cultural Affairs, along with receipt of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 paid to the Department of Cultural Affairs. Further details could be obtained by calling 011-2875795, Procurement Division, Department of Cultural Affairs Duly filled sealed bids should be sent to the Director, Department of Cultural Affairs, 8th Floor, Sethsiripaya, Battaramulla by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Office of the Accountant of the Department of Cultural Affairs before 1:00 pm on 7 April 2026. Bids will be opened immediately after receipt of bids on 1:00 pm on 7 April 2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Accountant of the Department of Cultural Affairs. Late bids will be rejected. The decision of the Procurement Committee of the Department of Cultural Affairs is final.
