Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Building Installations – Service Market “Correction Of Unified Plans And Diagrams Of Electrical Reception”. The Contract Relates To The Production Of Plans And Single-Line Diagrams For Electrical Reception, The Details Of The Services To Be Carried Out Appear In The Inventory In The Annex To The Special Specifications. The Market Is Divided Into A Firm Tranche (370 Housing Units In Qf) And A Conditional Tranche (980 Housing Units In Qp). The Firm Phase Includes Plan Drafting Services For Housing That Is Part Of The Renovation Plan. Execution Of The Conditional Tranche Is Subject To A Decision By The Adjudicator Brought To The Attention Of The Successful Bidder In Accordance With The Terms Provided For In The Contract Documents. Failure To Order The Conditional Tranche Will Not Give Rise To Compensation; The Adjudicator Having Only Committed To The Firm Tranche. The Technical Requirements For The Services, The Subject Of This Contract, Appear In The Technical Clauses. This Contract Does Not Confer Any Exclusivity Rights On The Successful Bidder For This Type Of Service.
