The Main Proposed Works Are: Structural: - Locally, Cracks In All Interior And Exterior Walls Will Be Repaired By Injection With Cement Or Epoxy Mortars. For Surface Repairs Of Concrete Elements, Cement-Based Concrete Repair Mortar Will Be Used (Eg: Sika Monotop 612 Or Similar) And For Crack Repair Two-Component Epoxy Resin Will Be Used (Eg: Sikadur-52 Injection Or Similar); - Lining At All Levels On Both Sides With 7 Cm Of M100t Mortar And Ø8/150/150 Mm Nets Of The Central Longitudinal Walls; - Lining At All Levels On Both Sides With 7 Cm Of M100t Mortar And Ø8/150/150 Mm Nets Of The Internal Transverse Walls; - Lining At All Levels On The Inner Face With 7 Cm Of M100t Mortar And Ø8/150/150 Mm Nets Of The Perimeter Walls; - Lining At The Basement Level Of The Perimeter Walls On The Inner Face, With 10 Cm Of M100t Mortar And Ø8/150/150 Nets; - The Lining Will Start From New Foundations, With A Minimum Width Of 30Cm And A Depth Equal To That Of The Foundations Under The Walls. To Ensure The Cooperation Between The Lining And The Support, It Is Necessary To Clean The Support Of The Old Plaster, Removing By Bushing 1-2 Mm From The Surface Of The Bricks. Architectural: - Thermal Insulation Of The External Walls With Etics External Compact Thermal Insulation System With Basalt Mineral Wool Facade Plates, 15 Cm Thick; - Thermal Insulation Of The Plinth, Respectively The Above-Ground Basement Walls With Fireproof Extruded Polystyrene Plates Minimum Xps300, 12-15 Cm Thick; - Thermal Insulation Of The Floor Under The Bridge With Mineral Wool 25 Cm; - Repair Of Internal And External Wall Cracks; - Restoration Of Interior And Exterior Finishes; - Restoration Of The Roof According To The Isu Requirement; - Restoration Of External Access Ramps; - Thermal Insulation Of The Walls And Restoration Of The Finishes And Thermal Insulation Of The Floor Under The Bridge And The Plinth; - Full Replacement Of Existing Carpentry With Energy Efficient Carpentry, With Al/Pvc Frames And - Glazing With 3 Sheets Of Low-E Glass, Including Repairs And Local Interior Finishes. Installations: - Replacement/Washing (If Applicable) Of The Heating Elements And Equipping Them With Thermostatic Taps, Retu Adjustment Taps
