The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance By The Contractor For The Chojna Commune Of A Task Called Providing The Service Of Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste Generated On Residential Properties In The Chojna Commune And Management Of This Waste Until December 31, 2026, Which Includes: 1) Collection And Transport Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Generated On Residential Properties; 2) Collection And Transport Of Large-Sized Waste Generated On Residential Properties; 3) Collection And Transport Of Separately Collected Waste Generated On Residential Properties; 4) Collection And Transport Of Expired Medicines And Medicine Packaging From Residential Properties In The Chojna Commune Delivered To Pharmacy Points Located In The Chojna Commune, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Containers In Which Waste Will Be Collected To The Indicated Pharmacies; 5) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point; 6) Equipping The Selective Waste Collection Point With The Necessary Infrastructure, I.E. Bins And Containers For Waste Collection; 7) Management Of Municipal Waste Collected By The Contractor Generated On Residential Properties In The Chojna Commune In A Municipal Installation. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Amounts Of Waste Indicated In The Opz Are Estimated (Indicative) And Are Used Only To Determine The Value Of The Order And Compare Offers In Terms Of Price. The Actual Settlement Will Be Based On The Waste Actually Collected, Transported And Managed During The Contract Implementation Period.
