The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Processing Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Generated From Large-Size Waste: 1) The Waste Constituting The Subject Of This Order Will Come From The Municipal Waste Management Plant In Adamki K. Radzyń Podlaski Sp. Z O. O. (Instalacja Biała 185 B, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski); 2) This Waste Is Generated As A Result Of Mechanical Grinding Of Large-Sized Waste With Code 20 03 07; 3) The Waste Does Not Contain Metal Elements; 4) Waste Will Be Delivered To The Contractor In Bulk; 5) Waste Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor Ex-Installation Of The Ordering Party And Loaded Onto The Contractors Means Of Transport At The Ordering Partys Expense And Weighed On The Ordering Partys Scale; 6) The Average Loading Time Of One Car Is Approximately 30 Minutes, While The Weight Of One Load Of Waste Is Approximately 17-20 Mg; 7) Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor On Working Days From: 7.00-20.00; 8) The Contractor May Inspect The Waste On The Premises Of The Ordering Partys Installation On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. Interested Contractors Are Asked To Submit An Inspection Request To The Following E-Mail Address: [email protected]. During The 12-Month Period Of Validity Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Expects To Collect Waste In The Amount Of 2,500 Mg. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Amounts Of Waste To Be Collected During The Term Of The Contract Are Only Estimates. The Actual Amount Of Waste During The Order Execution Period Will Depend On The Needs Resulting From The Ordering Partys Business. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Actual Demand For The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order During Its Implementation Period Is Lower Than The Assumed One Indicated Above, However, The Minimum Mass Of Waste To Be Collected By The Contractor Is Set At 1,500 Mg.
