It Is A Trimedial Broadcasting Company For The States Of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt And Thuringia As Part Of The Ard Network. The Headquarters Are In Leipzig. The Mdr Maintains Further Locations In Halle, Magdeburg, Dresden And Erfurt As Well As Various Regional Locations Throughout Central Germany. The Mdr Intends To Conclude The Contract As The Basis For The Provision Of Services For A Maximum Period Of Four Years. The Contract Begins On June 1, 2026. The Contract Includes The Procurement Of Services For Tax, Social Security And Payroll-Related Support For Mdr Employees Posted Abroad. The Order Includes The Implementation And Support Of Payroll Accounting, The Preparation And Submission Of Tax Returns, The Application For The Necessary Sv Certificates (A1/Coc), Communication With Domestic And Foreign Authorities And The Provision Of Data Protection-Compliant Reporting. The Support Of The Posted Employees Requires A Uniform Tax, Social Security And Organizational Overall Assessment, Especially In The Case Of Repeated Postings. Furthermore, A Central Contact Person Ensures Uniform Control Of Foreign Cooperation Partners, The Implementation Of Uniform Quality, Process And Data Protection Standards As Well As The Uniform Link With The Mdr Tax Compliance System. These Requirements Can Only Be Properly Met By A Contractual Partner With Overall Responsibility For All Countries. A Country-By-Country Award Would Cause Significant Coordination, Interface, Compliance And Liability Risks As Well As Increased Administrative Effort And Impair The Economic Efficiency Of Service Provision. For Technical And Economic Reasons, The Contract Is Awarded In One Entire Lot To One Contractual Partner.
