The Partial Structure Of The Pliensau Bridge Over The Neckar Shipping Canal Is In A Very Poor Structural Condition And Overall In An Outdated, Visually Unattractive Condition That Is Inappropriate For The Spatial Situation. A General Renovation Is Not Possible For Both Economically Sustainable And Urban Planning Aesthetic Reasons. A Replacement Building Is Absolutely Necessary. The Overall Project To Build A Replacement Pliensau Bridge Over The Neckar, Including The Ramp Into The Neckaruferpark, Is To Be Implemented In Accordance With The Existing Design, Cost And Schedule Planning (Construction Decision). A Bridge Approximately 73M Long And At Least 6M Wide Is To Be Built In A Semi-Integral Steel Structure. Barrier-Free Guidance For Pedestrians And Cyclists On The Ramp And Bridge Must Be Guaranteed. Continuous Handrail Lighting And A Rope Net Railing Are Being Considered. Funding From The State Of Baden-Württemberg Is Being Considered. A Contractual Arrangement Has Been Made For The Shared Use Of The Property Owned By Deutsche Bahn Ag. The Milestones For The Implementation Of The Project Stipulate: - Start Of Performance Ps: August 2026 - Start Of Construction: February 2027 - Completion: July 2029 - End Of Project: December 2029 The Total Costs Of The Project (Kg 200+300+400+500+700) Are Estimated At Approx. € 17.05 Million Gross, And Are Divided Into The Following Breakdown Of The Cost Groups: Kgr. 200+300+400: €13.95 Million Kgr. 700: 3.1 Million € It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services With This Tender: - Project Management Services In Accordance With Aho_Heft No. 9 - Project Stages 3 To 5 - Areas Of Action A To E - The Services Will Not Be Commissioned In Stages.
