Ellevio Ab (Publ) Conducts A Procurement According To A Negotiated Procedure With Prior Advertising In Accordance With The Act (2016:1146) On Procurement In The Supply Sectors (Luf) And Hereby Invites Interested Suppliers To Apply To Participate In The Procurement Of Framework Agreements For Consulting Brokerage Services Regarding Business-Related Consulting Support Within Electricity Grid Operations. Ellevio Has An Ongoing And Extensive Need For External Consultants To Support The Operations, Development And Project Portfolio. Consultants Are Hired Today In Areas Such As: Electricity & Technology, It & Digitalisation, Staff-Related Functions, Management Consultants. All Roles Can Occur In Several Experience Levels (Level 1–4). Ellevio Hires Approximately 150–225 Consultants Annually, But This Is Not A Guarantee And Volumes Vary Greatly Depending On The Needs Of The Business, Project Portfolio And Regulatory Requirements. Calls Are Always Made As Needed And Without Volume Commitments. Therefore, The Framework Agreement Does Not Contain A Volume Guarantee, And Call-Outs Only Take Place Based On Actual Need In Accordance With Lufs Principles Of Equal Treatment And Transparency. It Is Of Great Importance To Ellevio That The Chosen Supplier Has: A Stable Organisation-Significant Experience In Consultancy Brokerage A Broad And Relevant Mediation Network Ability To Quickly And Qualitatively Handle Calls In All Areas Of Competence Independent Role As An Intermediary, Without Own Production Of Consulting Services Able To Demonstrate Experience From The Electricity Network Industry Or An Equivalent Technically Complex Industry Able To Deliver Consultants To All Ellevio Locations: Stockholm, Karlstad, Bollnäs And Kungsbackavara Established With Own Offices In Stockholm Or Karlstad Mandatory Qualification Requirements: Ska Requirement Form (Electronically In E-Call) Ellevios Code Of Conduct Declaration Of Truth Declaration Regarding Eu Sanction 2022/576 Reference From Electricity Network Operations Or Equivalent Industry Applications That Are Not Complete Will Be Rejected According To Lufs Requirements For Transparency And Equal Treatment. Ellevio Can Allow Corrections Of Obvious Errors And Request Clarifications, Provided That This Can Be Done Without Risk Of Special Treatment Or Restriction Of Competition The Procurement Is Carried Out In Two Stages: Stage 1 – Application And Qualification: Suppliers Are Tested Against Ska Requirements And Qualification Requirements In E-Tendering. The Framework Agreement Applies From 2026‑07‑01 For Two (2) Years, With The Option To Extend Up To Two (2) Years At A Time, On A Maximum Of Three (3) Occasions. Total Possible Contract Period: Eight (8) Years. The Interaction With Other Ellevio Agreements: Ellevio Has Other Valid Agreements For Certain Service Areas. This Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive And Does Not Affect Ellevios Obligation To Call Off From Other Agreements Where The Call-Off Order Applies. Ellevio Therefore Reserves The Right To Make Calls From Other Framework Agreements When This Is Applicable, Allowing Call Volumes Within This Framework Agreement To Vary Over Time.
