The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 5 Brand New M2 Category Buses With A Combustion Engine, With Room To Transport People In Wheelchairs, With A Minimum Passenger Capacity Of: 10 Seats + 1 Drivers Seat + 10 Standing Seats, Including Min. 1 Wheelchair Space. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex 3 To The Terms Of Reference. 1. The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Allowed To Travel On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251). 2. The Bus Must Have An Approval Certificate Confirming That The Bus Is Adapted To Transport People In Wheelchairs. Bus Registration Based On Approval Confirming The Number Of Seats And Intended Use For Transporting Disabled People In Wheelchairs. 3. The Base Vehicle And The Finished Bus Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Unused, Not Used For Exhibition Purposes, Complete, Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects. The Maximum Mileage Of The Bus Cannot Exceed 500 Km. 4. The Bus Must Be Equipped In Accordance With The Requirements Of Gsr2 (General Safety Regulation, Second Set Of Changes) Resulting From Eu Regulation 2019/2144. 5. Full Truck Warranty With No Mileage Limit For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol With No Mileage Limit. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle Be A Factory-Made Or Specially Built M2 Category Bus. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Bus Be A Class A And/Or Class I Vehicle. 8. The Buses Offered In The Procedure Must Be Vehicles Of The Same Brand, The Same Model And The Same Version With The Same Equipment. Order Completion Date: Up To 90 Days From Signing The Contract, No Later Than August 20, 2026.
