The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Organization And Technical Support Of Two-Day Workshops Of The Beneficiarys Team As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development, Implementation And Dissemination Of A System For Electronic Document Management In Public Entities, Implemented By The Scientific And Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, On June 9 - 10, 2026, Hereinafter Referred To As Workshops. The Workshops Will Be Attended By A Minimum Of 70 People And A Maximum Of 100 People, Provided That The Final Number Of Workshop Participants Will Be Communicated To The Contractor No Later Than 3 Calendar Days Before The Date Of The Workshops. The Place Of Organization Of The Workshops And Related Services Should Be Located In A Facility Or Center Intended For The Provision Of Conference, Training And Catering Services, Equipped With Accommodation And Recreational Infrastructure, Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility. This Facility Must Be Located Within 165 Km From The Address: Łukowska 2 In Białystok And Up To 100 Km From Ul. Kolska 12 In Warsaw. The Distance Will Be Measured In A Straight Line, Using The Measure Distance Function Available On Google Maps. The Standard Of The Facility Cannot Be Lower Than The Three-Star Standard. The Contractor Will Indicate The Exact Place Of Implementation Of The Workshops In The Submitted Offer In Point 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Pursuant To Art. 222 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Total Amount It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order Is: Pln 121,163.15 Gross. 4. Order Completion Date: 1) The Contract Is Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 3 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Unless The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Workshops Changes In Accordance With Point 3 Below - In Such A Case, However, The Workshops Cannot Be Held Later Than 5 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Implement And Provide The Services Referred To In § 1 Of The Contract, Respectively, On The Dates Of The Workshop Implementation, I.E. On June 9 And 10, 2026. 3) The Date Of The Workshop Implementation May Change In The Event Of Factors Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, Preventing The Implementation Of The Workshops Within The Originally Specified Date, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Immediately Inform The Contractor. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Contract On The New Date Indicated By The Ordering Party, Without Additional Remuneration For Changing The Date. 4) The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With Sopz And In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. 5) The Contractor Undertakes To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing About Any Circumstances That May Affect The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor Immediately, But No Later Than Within 2 Days From The Date Of Their Occurrence.
