The Subject Of The Order Is To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Other Consents Necessary To Implement The Project For The Task: 1B.2 Stage I And Stage Ii Modernization Works On The Odra Graniczna Action 1: Conducting A Natural Inventory And Preparing A Unified Eia Report In Order To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Project Called: Modernization Works On The Odra Graniczna. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Expert And Design Services Aimed At Conducting A Natural Inventory And Preparing A Unified Environmental Impact Report Which Will Be The Basis For Obtaining A New Decision On Environmental Conditions (Dśu). Detailed Description Of The Subject Order Documentation Prepared By Contractors Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Guidelines For Obtaining Decisions On Environmental Conditions And Submitting Notifications Under Article 118 Of The Nature Protection Act (Attachments To Order No. 18/2024 Of The President Of Pgw Wody Polskie Of May 24, 2024), And The Guidelines Must Constitute A Mandatory Annex To All Opzs Covering The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Documentation For Obtaining Administrative Decisions. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. These Contracts Will Consist In The Repetition Of Similar Services, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, In Particular In The Scope Of: • Extending The Area Of The Natural Inventory, If This Proves Necessary To Maintain The Coherence Of The Eia Report; • Updating The Inventory And Report In The Event Of Extension Of Administrative Procedures Beyond The Validity Period Of Field Data; • Performing Additional Reports Or Technical Expertise.
