The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A System For Electronic Signature Of Documents Using Devices For Collecting Signatures And E-Id Readers. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion And Integration Of The Existing His System With The Possibility Of Electronic Signature Of Documents Using Signature Collection Devices And E-Id Readers. The Order Will Be Implemented Through The Purchase And Implementation Of A Documentation Digitization System Requiring The Patients Signature Integrated With The His System, Along With The Delivery Of Devices For Digitizing The Signature And Displaying The Content. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Training Of System Users, As Well As The Provision Of Authors Supervision And Support For All Transferred Licenses For The Offered System. The Offered System Is Intended To Enable The Digitization Of Handwriting. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Attachment. No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Detailed Offer Form And Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Damage) For Environmental Purposes, Resulting From Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18/06/2020 And The Conditions Set Out In Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing The Recovery And Resilience Facility (Rrf) And The Guidelines For The National Recovery Plan, While Maintaining Horizontal Policies, In Particular The Principle Of Equality Opportunities And Non-Discrimination.
